Well, HCG Triumph hasn't released an official Phase 2 weekly meal plan yet, but I have my own that I'd be more than happy to share. Below is an image of the actual document (click to make it bigger!). Feel free to e-mail me at Lowery@hcgdiet.com for a downloadable PDF version.
I'm not very creative with my meals. I like food that's easy to grab as I'm headed out the door. You'll notice that I also have broccoli on my menu. This is listed under the additional vegetables section on page 10 of the HCG Triumph Guide Book. It has never made me gain, and I prefer it over asparagus. If it doesn't work for you, substitute it for something else! I also put tomato on my lettuce or spinach with no problems. As for my progress, I'm R1P2D16. I've lost 22 lbs. This has been one of the hardest things I've ever done. It's so worth it though. Every liter of water, every bad day that goes untreated with chocolate is more weight gone and more confidence in myself. I'm staying positive, eating healthy, and getting closer to my goal weight!
